• Services

  • 1.1 Right to Use

    Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, solely as described in this Agreement. You may not use the Services for any commercial or production purposes without explicit written permission.

  • 1.2 Manner of Use. You may not:

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
    • Disable, tamper with, or circumvent any technical protection or usage restrictions placed on the Services.
    • Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, or resell any part of the Services without express authorization, except as may be explicitly permitted under any separate license agreement.
    • Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or this Agreement, including for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
    • Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services or interfere with others' use of the Services.

  • 1.3 Updates and Modifications

    We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Services at any time, without prior notice, including changes to pricing, availability, and functionality. The terms of this Agreement will govern any such updates.

• Software

  • 2.1 Use of the Software

    If we provide you with software ("Software") as part of the Services, your right to use such Software is contingent upon your continued compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement or your access to the Services, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

  • 2.2 Third-Party Software

    You are solely responsible for any third-party software, plugins, or add- ons that you use or install in connection with the Services. We make no representations or warranties regarding any third-party software and shall not be liable for any damages arising from such third-party software.

  • 2.3 Open-Source Software

    If any portion of the Services includes open-source software, such software is licensed to you under the applicable open-source licenses, and those terms will govern your use of that software.

• Intellectual Property and Content

  • 3.1 Ownership and Copyright

    All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, in and to the Services, Software, and all content provided are owned exclusively by us or our licensors. You are granted no rights in our content except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

  • 3.2 Use of our Content

    You may only use our content for internal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise explicitly authorized in writing by us. You must retain all copyright and proprietary notices on any copies of our content you make.

  • 3.3 Educational Use

    Accredited educational institutions (e.g., schools, universities) may reproduce and distribute our content in the classroom for educational purposes, provided that no modifications are made to the content and the copyright notices are retained.

• Disclaimer of Warranties

  • 4.1 No Warranty

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU BEAR THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE SERVICES.

  • 4.2 Third-Party Content

    We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for any third-party content accessed via the Services. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and such third parties, and the we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.

• Limitation of Liability

  IN NO EVENT WE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF WE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

• Data Privacy and Protection

  • 6.1 Data Collection

    We may collect public information, including your name, email address, and user ID, for the purpose of providing the Services, measuring user interest, and improving functionality. We will not collect personally identifiable information unless otherwise specified.

  • 6.2 Analytics and Tracking

• Governing Law

  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Miscellaneous

    If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • 9.2 Entire Agreement

    This Agreement, including any documents incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof.
